Vidori · A Cassette Group product
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Vidori. Read them before you sign up. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.
01Who we are and what this covers
Vidori is a software service provided by Cassette Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14147271, with its registered office at 9 Bank Road, Kingswood, Bristol, BS15 8LS. In these terms, "Vidori", "we", "us" and "our" mean Cassette Group Ltd. "You" and "your" mean the person or organisation using the service.
Vidori turns text and prompts into branded video and supporting content, generated with the help of artificial intelligence. From a single input you can produce an MP4 video, a PDF quick reference guide, an HTML quick-start guide, and short-form social cuts. You can download what you make, and you can publish HTML guides to a Vidori URL if you want us to host them.
These terms apply to the Vidori web application at vidori.eazly.io, any related subdomains, the Vidori APIs, and any content or output the service produces. They form a legal agreement between you and us. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Vidori sits within the Eazly product suite. Other Eazly products are governed by their own terms. Where you use Vidori under a separate written agreement with Cassette Group, that agreement takes precedence over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
02Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to open a paid account and enter into this agreement. If you are between 16 and 18 you may use a Free account only with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 16.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us at sign-up, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at letschat@cassettegroup.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
All Vidori consumer plans are single-seat. An account is for one named individual. Sharing credentials across a team is a breach of these terms. Multi-seat arrangements will be offered on a future commercial plan under a separate agreement.
We allow one Free account per verified identity. The Free allowance refreshes every month, so creating additional accounts to obtain further Free credits is a breach of these terms and we may suspend all associated accounts and revoke unused credits.
03Plans, credits and what they buy
Vidori is sold on three consumer plans. All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of tax. VAT or local sales tax is calculated at checkout based on where you are, and shown to you before you pay. We do not offer pricing in other currencies at launch.
| Plan | Price | AI credits | Roughly | Storage | Other |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 300 per month | 1 to 2 short videos | [TBC] | Watermarked output |
| Creator | $15 per month | 2,000 per month | 10 videos | 10 GB | No watermark |
| Pro | $50 per month | 7,000 per month | 35 videos | 50 GB | No watermark, priority render queue |
All plans generate at up to 1080p. We do not offer 4K output on any consumer plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly. We do not offer annual billing at launch.
Free accounts carry a "Made with Vidori" watermark on exported video and on published guides, and can publish only to a Vidori subdomain. Creator and Pro accounts have no watermark and may download their output, host guides with us, or both.
The video counts above are indicative, not an entitlement. What you actually get from an allowance depends on the models you choose, how long your videos are, how many of the four output formats you produce, and how much you rework. Your plan gives you the credits, not the videos.
How credits work
Credits are the unit we meter AI generation in. Every generative action in the app costs credits, and the cost is shown on the button before you click it. Different models and different output formats cost different amounts. Generating a PDF or HTML guide from a script you already have is cheap. Rendering a presenter-led video is considerably more. Every model is available on every plan, including Free.
Credits expire monthly. Your allowance resets on your billing date, and on the monthly anniversary of sign-up for Free accounts. Unused credits do not roll over.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. When your balance reaches zero, generation stops until your next reset. We do not bill overages and your balance cannot go negative. We do not sell credit packs at launch, so if you need more before your reset date, the only option is to move to a higher plan.
Upgrading takes effect immediately and grants the new plan's full allowance. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal.
Fair use
Storage limits are enforced. If you exceed your storage allowance we will ask you to reduce usage, and we may suspend publishing and further generation until you do. Extra storage is not sold separately at launch, so the way to get more is to move to a higher plan.
The priority render queue on Pro means Pro jobs are processed ahead of Creator and Free jobs. It is not a guaranteed turnaround time. See section 10.
04Payment, renewal and refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. They renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current rate until you cancel.
Cassette Group Ltd is the seller of record. Your contract for the service is with us. Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe Payments UK Ltd, and your card details go directly to Stripe rather than to us. Your use of the checkout is also subject to Stripe's own terms. We calculate the tax due in your country, add it at checkout, issue your invoice, and account for that tax to the relevant authority.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access, and your plan credits, until that period ends. We do not refund part-used periods except where the law requires it.
Statutory cancellation rights. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service and receive a refund. By starting to use the service, or by generating any content with credits, within that period you ask us to begin supply immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. Where you have used only part of the service we will refund proportionately.
We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change takes effect for you, and the change will apply from your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price you may cancel before it takes effect.
If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. If it remains unpaid we may suspend your account. Content is retained for 30 days after suspension and may then be deleted.
05Your content
"Your Content" means anything you upload, enter, prompt with, or otherwise supply to Vidori: scripts, text, images, audio, brand assets, logos, fonts, source documents, and the prompts themselves.
You keep all ownership of Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and transmit Your Content solely so that we can operate the service for you: rendering it, processing it through our AI providers, delivering it to viewers you publish to, and backing it up. The licence lasts as long as we hold the content and ends when you delete it, subject to short retention in backups.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you supply, including any images, brand assets, fonts, audio or music, and that supplying it to us does not infringe anyone else's rights. If you upload a photograph or recording that features an identifiable person, you confirm you have their permission to use it in this way.
Vidori does not offer voice cloning or the generation of avatars from photographs of real people. Narration uses preset synthetic voices and presenters are drawn from a stock library. Do not upload voice samples or photographs of individuals for the purpose of recreating them.
We do not use Your Content to train our own models. We contract with our AI providers on terms intended to exclude your inputs and outputs from being used to train theirs. The Privacy Policy sets out which providers we use and what we send them.
06AI-generated output
Vidori generates video, images, audio, speech and written guide copy using third-party AI models. Output is produced automatically. You should treat it accordingly.
- We do not warrant that output is accurate, original or fit for any particular purpose. Generative models make mistakes, including in on-screen text, spoken narration and written guides. Review everything before you publish, and especially before you use it for training, safety, medical, regulatory or compliance purposes.
- Output may not be unique. The same or a similar prompt may produce similar output for another user. We cannot and do not grant you exclusivity over generated output.
- Ownership of output is uncertain in law. As between you and us, we assign to you whatever rights we have in the output generated from your prompts. We cannot warrant that AI-generated material attracts copyright protection in any given jurisdiction, because that question is unsettled.
- Provider terms apply. Generation is subject to the acceptable use policies of the underlying model providers. Content those providers refuse to generate, we cannot generate.
- Credits are consumed on generation, not on satisfaction. If a generation completes, the credits are spent, whether or not you like the result. Where a generation fails through a fault on our side, we return the credits.
- Each output format is generated separately. Producing the PDF guide, the HTML guide or a short-form cut from a video is a further generation and costs further credits. The four formats are derived from the same brief, but they are not guaranteed to be identical in wording or emphasis, and each needs reviewing on its own terms.
- You are responsible for what you publish. If you use Vidori output in regulated content, in advertising, or in anything a person relies on, you must review it and satisfy yourself it is correct.
07Acceptable use
You must not use Vidori to create, host or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence
- sexualises children in any way, or depicts a minor in a sexual or abusive context
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, database or other intellectual property rights
- impersonates a real person, or presents generated speech or a generated presenter as being a real identifiable individual
- is designed to deceive, including political disinformation, synthetic media of real public figures, or fraudulent representations of products or events
- contains malware, or is used to phish, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to any system
- breaches sanctions or export controls, or comes from a territory we are prohibited from serving
You must not resell, sublicense or white-label the Vidori application itself, attempt to reverse-engineer it, circumvent credit metering or usage limits, run automated load against it beyond documented API limits, or use it to build a competing service.
We may investigate suspected breaches, and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
08Output, downloading and hosting
Vidori produces four kinds of output from a single brief: MP4 video, PDF quick reference guides, HTML quick-start guides, and short-form social cuts. How you take delivery depends on the format.
Downloads
MP4 files, PDF guides and short-form cuts are downloaded. Once a file is on your machine it is yours to distribute wherever you like, subject to these terms and to section 06. Downloaded files are static. They do not call back to Vidori and will keep working regardless of what happens to your account.
Hosted guides
HTML quick-start guides can be published to a Vidori URL and served from our infrastructure, or exported as a self-contained package and hosted on your own. Where you host with us, you are responsible for the content at that URL and for making sure it complies with these terms and with any law that applies to your audience, including cookie and privacy notices on pages you publish.
Export of a self-contained package requires an active subscription. You may export while your subscription is live. Packages you have already exported and deployed remain yours to use. You cannot start a new export after your subscription ends, and you must not use export to avoid paying for continued use of the service.
Custom domains are not offered on any consumer plan. Guides hosted with us are served from a Vidori subdomain. If you want your own domain, export the package and host it yourself.
Where else your output goes
If your account is connected to another Eazly product, output you generate in Vidori may also be made available there. That is governed by the terms of the product in question, not by these terms.
09Our intellectual property
The Vidori application, its interface, code, design system, templates, documentation, the Vidori and Eazly names and logos, and everything else we supply other than Your Content and your output, belong to Cassette Group Ltd or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in line with these terms and your plan. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything to you.
Stock presenters, preset voices, template music and stock media supplied within the application are licensed to you for use in output you generate with Vidori. They are not licensed for any other use, and you may not extract them for use outside content produced by the service.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.
10Availability and support
We aim to keep Vidori available and to run it well, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on consumer plans. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We may perform maintenance, and we will give reasonable notice of planned downtime where we can. We may change, add to, or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what your plan provides, we will give you 30 days' notice and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period.
Video rendering is queued and processed asynchronously. Rendering times vary with demand, length, resolution and the models involved, and we do not commit to a turnaround time on any consumer plan. Pro accounts are placed ahead of Creator and Free accounts in the queue. That is a relative priority, not a service level, and it does not entitle you to a refund or to credits if a render takes longer than you expected.
Support on consumer plans is by email to letschat@cassettegroup.com. We aim to respond within two working days. Service levels and uptime commitments may be offered on future commercial plans under a separate agreement.
We depend on third-party AI providers. If a provider changes, withdraws, reprices or restricts a model, the models available in Vidori may change. We will keep an equivalent capability available wherever we reasonably can.
11Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if payment fails and remains unresolved, if we are required to by law, or if your use presents a security or legal risk to us or to other users. Where the breach is capable of being fixed, we will normally give notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix it first.
On termination your right to use the service ends immediately. We will keep your content for 30 days, unless we are prohibited from doing so, so that you can reactivate your subscription and download it if you want to. After that we delete it, and any guides hosted with us stop being served. Files you have already downloaded are unaffected. You can also ask us for a copy of your personal data at any time under the Privacy Policy, and that right is not conditional on an active subscription.
Unused credits are forfeited on termination and are not refunded, except where termination is our fault or where the law requires otherwise.
Sections covering your content warranties, our intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
12Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
- we exclude all implied warranties, conditions and terms, including as to merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement
- we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100, whichever is greater
We are not liable for content you generate, for decisions you or your audience take based on it, or for third-party services you connect to.
13Indemnity
If you use Vidori for business purposes, you agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, from content you publish or distribute using the service, or from your breach of these terms or of any law. This clause does not apply to consumers.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or by prominent notice in the application before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, you may cancel and we will refund any prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.
Every version carries an effective date. Previous versions are available on request.
15General
- Whole agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between us on this subject and replace anything said or written before.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of the business, and will tell you if we do.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
- Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU you may also bring proceedings in your local courts and the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence continues to apply.
